What’s the deal with the strange letter used in my last name?
After I graduated college I moved to Moscow, Russia for a year. Although that year was one of the most challenging times in my life it left a memorable impact. I loved living in an enormous city that Moscow is and I absolutely love the Russian language. So, as I was thinking about the look of my logo I knew I wanted to incorporate Russia into my design. I chose to use a letter from the Russian Cyrillic alphabet that has the same sound as an English “f”. I began creating different ideas and eventually settled with using the Russian letter to replace the “o” in “Hopkins”.
